The first course is Festive Preserves and Baking
At this time of year I usually teach Edible Gifts courses which are some of my most popular as they include festive preserves and baking. Since lockdown in March, I’ve watched a number of online cookery courses. My attention often jumps between what the tutor is saying, to the cookery, and writing my own notes. Frequently I wish for recordings of the courses to check my understanding. With that in mind, the videos created for this course focus on the process involved and you will see little of me and you can have access to the videos for twelve months.
