Preserving Plums Day

Join Vivien for a day making jam and chutney using plums picked from her Somerset orchard of Pershore Prolific, Early Rivers, Victoria, Czar and Marjorie Seedling, on Saturday 31st August 2019.
A unique opportunity to transform homegrown plums into jewelled jams and fruity chutneys. Enjoy small group teaching, ( numbers limited to eight) and a Plum themed two course lunch.
At the end of the day there will be jars of jam and chutney to take home.
